The Villa is being built on a plot with spectacular sea views in the exclusive community, where large luxury villas are being built. Its location in the Sierra de Altea, one of the most sought-after areas in the north of the Costa Blanca, further enhances its appeal.

It is accessed through the upper floor, where we access the hall, connected to the garage for two vehicles. Via the stairs or the elevator we descend to the middle floor, where the main bedroom and two additional bedrooms are located.
